The Role
We’re seeking a motivated college graduate with strong foundations in software development who is eager to specialize in AI prompt engineering and LLM-powered applications. This is an entry point into AI development, where you’ll work on designing, testing, and refining prompts that power large language models (LLMs), while also contributing to software development tasks.
You’ll collaborate with senior developers and product leaders to design, build, and improve applications that leverage prompt engineering, AI/ML models, and automation.
Responsibilities
- Research, design, and optimize prompts to improve the accuracy and reliability of LLM responses.
- Experiment with different prompt engineering techniques for chatbots, content generation, and automation.
- Collaborate with developers to integrate AI features into applications.
- Support software development tasks: building APIs, backend services, and automation pipelines.
- Prototype and test new AI-driven features in real-world environments.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and refine AI workflows for performance and scalability.
- Document best practices and contribute to building our internal AI knowledge base.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
- Strong interest in AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, or similar).
- Exposure to AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, OpenAI APIs, etc.) is a plus.
- Curiosity, creativity, and a passion for experimenting with new technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and collaborative mindset.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $55,000 – $65,000 (based on experience).
