LaSalle Network is hiring a Full Stack Developer to join a cutting-edge digital team building scalable, intuitive, and visually engaging web platforms. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll work across the stack to design seamless experiences and powerful APIs, while leading the charge on best practices in frontend architecture and backend integration.
You’ll be at the forefront of a platform transformation—helping migrate from Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to a modern Next.js/React architecture—and will contribute to both technical direction and day-to-day development.
Full Stack Developer Responsibilities
- Develop responsive, accessible frontend interfaces using React, Next.js, HTML, CSS, and TypeScript
- Build and maintain secure, scalable REST APIs using Node.js, NestJS, or Python frameworks
- Lead integration of UIs with CMS platforms like AEM or Contentful and support key tools like PIM systems
- Create reusable components for landing pages, email templates, and interactive learning tools
- Partner closely with product managers, UX designers, and backend engineers in Agile/Scrum teams
- Optimize web performance for speed, scalability, and user experience across devices
- Deliver high-quality, test-driven software with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling
- Review code, mentor teammates, and contribute to technical architecture discussions
Full Stack Developer Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience developing modern web applications
- Proficiency in React/Next.js or Angular, plus HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript
- Backend experience with Node.js, NestJS, Django, or Flask
- Deep understanding of RESTful API design, security, and standards (OpenAPI, JSON API)
- Integration experience with CMS platforms such as AEM or Contentful
- Familiarity with DevOps, GitHub Actions, Azure, and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong grasp of responsive design, UX principles, and performance optimization
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across global teams
