JOB SUMMARY
Under the close direction of the IT Manager, the SAP ERP Analyst & IT Support will help support SAP master data and administrative maintenance, SQL report development, data collection, data analysis, documentation, system maintenance, new hire equipment set up to include IT Orientations, and other associated responsibilities for the Company’s system and business development.
SAP ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential functions may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Work with managers and business leaders to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with Report development for new report requests and current report changes for departments such as Finance, Operations, Sales, and Marketing.
- Assist with Master Data changes to Inventory Items, Pricing, and Customer Records.
- Assist with ad-hoc analyses to respond to questions from manager or business leaders.
- Assist in SAP administrative duties to include SAP Master Data and Price updates.
- Work with Sales team to interpret new price change requests and ensure price update request forms are complete and accurate and saved in Google drive.
- Assist software setup for company computers such as Remote management software.
- Support the company's commitment to protect the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data.
- Collaborate with team members to collect, filter and clean, interpret, and analyze data.
- Excel report preparation through data transformation, calculations, and formatting adjustments.
- Test new reports, processes, and/or procedures.
- Create presentations and weekly reports for special projects and weekly tasks.
IT ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set up new hire equipment and conduct new hire software training.
- Provide in-depth new hire IT Orientation to ensure all systems are working properly for on-the-spot troubleshooting and resolution thereof.
- IT equipment Audits for equipment used by current employees as well as unused/old equipment located in the office.
- Computer, monitor, and phone setup and to help manage company equipment lists.
- Develop IT equipment recycling procedures for unused or damaged equipme
- Software setup for company computer using remote management.
EXPERIENCE
- Technical writing skills.
- Coding skills in languages such as SQL.
- Database management skills.
- Statistics, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to set and meet deadlines in high pressure situations.
- Reporting and data visualization skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
- ITAR requirements: US work authorization.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, and occasionally lift or carry up to 50 lbs.
- Combination of field and office environment.
- May necessitate working in busy and loud environments.
- May be exposed to elements like cold, heat, dust, noise, and odor.
- This is not a work-from-home position.
