About the Role
INVEXOS is seeking a Junior Full-Stack Engineer to join our growing engineering team. You'll work closely with our mid-level and senior engineers to build business-critical systems including AI/ML, CRM, financial data integration, and reporting platforms. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience building real products that directly impact our business operations.

What You'll Do
- Feature Development: Build new features across our tech stack, from database to UI, under the guidance of senior engineers
- API Integration: Help integrate third-party services and ERP systems into our platform
- Bug Fixes & Maintenance: Troubleshoot issues, write tests, and improve existing codebases
- Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews to learn best practices and improve code quality
- Database Work: Write queries, design schemas, and optimize database performance with mentorship
- Collaborate: Work directly with product and business teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field from a reputable university OR
- Experience: 1-3 years of professional software development experience at a top-tier tech company (Google, Meta, Amazon, Microsoft, Stripe, etc.)
- Programming Fundamentals: Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
- Full-Stack Basics: Experience with at least one backend language (Python, Node.js, or Go) and React (preferred) or similar frontend frameworks (Vue.js, Angular)
- Database Knowledge: Understanding of SQL, relational database concepts, and familiarity with NoSQL databases.
- Version Control: Comfortable with Git and collaborative development workflows

Work Arrangement

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 based on experience and background
- Equity: Equity stake in a growing company
