💼 We're Hiring: Data Engineers (Lead & Senior) | Hyderabad & Palo Alto, CA (US)

We’re looking for experienced Data Engineers to join a high-impact Healthcare Data Analytics client—onsite in Hyderabad or Palo Alto, CA. These are hands-on roles for engineers passionate about building scalable, secure, and cloud-native data platforms.

📍 Location: Hyderabad or Palo Alto, CA (Hybrid – 3 days/week onsite)

🧑 💻 Experience: 10–15 Years (Lead) | 7–10 Years (Senior)

⚡ Availability: Immediate Joiner

🔧 Core Tech Stack (Mandatory for All Roles)

AWS: Glue, Lambda, S3, Redshift, DynamoDB, Athena, CloudWatch, Kinesis, SQS, SNS, DMS
Languages: Python, PySpark, SQL (Scala/Java a plus)
Infrastructure: Terraform, Jenkins, GitHub Actions / GitLab CI/CD
Analytics Tools: Airflow, Kafka, Lake Formation, Flink, SageMaker
Containers: Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, ECR, EC2, VPC

🚀 Open Role: Data Engineering Tech Lead / Senior Data Engineer

What You’ll Do

Lead and mentor engineers across multiple projects
Architect and deliver high-quality, scalable data platforms
Align engineering efforts with business goals and enterprise standards
Drive adoption of modern data stacks and cloud-native technologies
Implement CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code
Ensure compliance and quality in regulated environments

What You Bring

10+ years in Data Engineering / Architecture / Platform Engineering
Proven expertise in cloud-native data platforms (AWS, Big Data, Analytics ecosystem)
Hands-on experience with Spark, Airflow, Flink, Python, SQL/NoSQL
Deep knowledge of Terraform and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab)
Experience leading large, distributed engineering teams
Strong understanding of data modeling, governance, and security
Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science or related field
Healthcare or life sciences experience preferred
