What We're Looking For
Engineers who love the
startup grind , strive to write
quality, maintainable code fast, but
want to ship , not fiddle around. We run very fast and are in the office 7 days a week.
You'll Thrive Here If You Have
- 1-2 years of production experience , either in fast-paced companies or significant personal projects
- Not afraid of touching frontend: React, TypeScript, NextJS
- Hands-on experience deploying and maintaining applications on AWS/GCP/DigitalOcean
- Strong background in Docker/K8s containerization and database management
- Ability to own features end-to-end , from backend to frontend
- Proven experience building and maintaining projects used by real users (not just one-off experiments).
- Previous startup & AI/ML experience preferred
- Bonus points for experience in fintech
