Position: Excel Reporting & Dashboard Analyst (Contract)
Location: Plano, Texas (Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite)
Contract: 2–3 months (Contract Only)
Pay Rate: $30–$40/hour

Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking an Excel Reporting & Dashboard Analyst for a healthcare client to support the Finance and HR teams. This role involves building and maintaining Excel-based dashboards and reports, consolidating data from multiple systems to provide actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain advanced Excel dashboards and reports from HR and Finance data sources (Paycom, Relias, ATS).
- Automate reporting workflows using IF/THEN logic, macros, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and nested formulas.
- Develop dashboards and scorecards covering headcount, training compliance, turnover, labor costs, and other HR metrics.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across multiple sources.
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Operations to customize reporting tools.
- Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis for leadership as needed.
Qualifications
- Expert-level Excel skills: pivot tables, formulas, macros, conditional formatting, data validation.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with HR and/or Finance data reporting.
- Experience pulling data from Paycom, Relias, or ATS preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication, organization, and ability to meet deadlines.
Preferred Experience
- Background in HR, Finance, or Data Analytics.
- Knowledge of data visualization best practices.
- Exposure to HRIS systems or Paycom reporting.
