Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Reporting Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team. This role is responsible for executing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and data cleanup initiatives that drive accurate, data-informed decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
The Reporting Analyst will work under the guidance of the Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, ensuring the reliable delivery of high-quality reports and data solutions that align with company objectives. This position is well-suited for individuals with foundational experience in reporting or analytics who are eager to build their technical expertise in business intelligence. The role offers clear opportunities for growth into more advanced BI and data analysis functions as the department continues to expand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and update Salesforce reports, including new report creation, filter adjustments, and performance tuning.
- Maintain the accuracy and usability of Salesforce reports and dashboards through regular review and updates.
- Monitor CRM-related Jira tickets to execute updates, perform validations, and support reporting adjustments under senior guidance.
- Conduct testing in collaboration with development and sales-operations teams, escalating issues as needed.
- Assist with rollout activities by updating reports, publishing changes, and distributing user instructions following process deployments.
- Perform data-cleaning activities such as correcting records, merging duplicates, and identifying inconsistencies.
- Maintain data-quality dashboards and exception reports to surface issues proactively.
- Document recurring data-quality challenges for review and resolution by the BI team.
- Provide end-user training on dashboard usage and data-entry standards to ensure consistency across teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, Information Systems, or related discipline (or equivalent work experience).
- 1–3 years of experience in a data-focused role.
- User-level familiarity with CRM reporting and dashboards (Salesforce preferred).
- Strong Excel skills, including pivots, lookups, and conditional logic.
- Analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Base Pay: $57,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
