Overview:
2020 Companies, in partnership with Samsung Electronics America, seeks an experienced Business Analyst to join the team. This role will be based in our Englewood Cliffs, NJ office, and an on-site presence is required.
The Business Intelligence Data Analyst helps advance the initiative to deliver data-driven-decisions to our clients through continual improvement of existing and future programs. The Business Intelligence Data Analyst is part of a team that works with internal and external stake holders to collect, model, and analyze data generated by our field sales and merchandising teams.
Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States full-time without current or future visa sponsorship.
Required Experience:

Experience with GIS/Geospatial tools such as ESRI ARCGIS, QGIS, and/or E-Spatial

Tableau or similar application

Dash boarding experience

Experience with large data sets/databases

Solid understanding of VLOOKUPS and advanced Excel functions will be needed.
Preferred Experience:

Knowledge of Predicative Analytics, such as multiple linear regression analysis

Experience with Alteryx for data preparation and workflow automation

Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them
Generates ad hoc reports and regular datasets/report information for end-users and any ad hoc reports using system tools, database/data warehouse queries, and scripts
The analyst integrates data from multiple sources to produce requested data/reports
Programs and maintains report forms and formats, information dashboards, data generators, canned reports, and other end-user information portals or resources
May create specifications for reports based on business requests
Understands concepts/standards, regulations, strategies, and operating standards
Makes decisions regarding own work approach/priorities, and follows direction
Work is managed and often guided by precedent and/or documented procedures/regulations/professional standards with some interpretation
Identifying and managing potential risks and liabilities of multiple projects
Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
Responsible for managing relationships, including developing new relationships, managing day-to-day interactions, and handling or directing escalations
Ensure that the relationships are well-developed and maintained to ensure a superior customer experience, timeliness, and a high level of efficiency
Responsible for managing performance and compliance; must be able to offer solutions to improve performance
Responsible for escalating issues to the appropriate department or department head
Perform status tracking, efficiency analysis, resource allocation, data analysis, change log management, and overall process management support
Execution of operating invoice process monitoring, managing various cost reports & Ad hoc requests regarding cost status, checking the efficiency of the Special group of Contact Center, and implementing POC for VERS, BQMS, NDA, and legal contract
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Required Certifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business, Finance, or a related field
Proven experience in program or project management, with a strong focus on cost control and invoice processing
Background in business process outsourcing (BPO), customer service, or contact center operations is highly desirable
Preferred Skills and other Qualifications:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to foster strong working relationships across teams
Fluency in both Korean and English is required
Strong attention to detail and follow-through, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects effectively
Highly organized, results-driven, and focused on execution, problem-solving, and continuous process improvement
Thrives in fast-paced environments and adapts well to shifting priorities
Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency and effective time management
Self-motivated, disciplined, and possesses a sharp analytical mindset
Willingness and ability to travel as required
Maintains strict confidentiality and handles sensitive information with discretion
Flexible and resilient, capable of working under pressure in dynamic and complex settings
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
