Job Overview
Full Stack Web Developer (2–3 Years Experience)

We are seeking a motivated Full Stack Web Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in C# and.NET technologies to join our growing development team. In this role, you will help design, build, and maintain enterprise-level applications supporting mission-critical operations for the Department of Defense (DoD).You will collaborate with senior developers and stakeholders to deliver secure, high-performing software solutions. The ideal candidate is passionate about clean, efficient code, eager to learn, and comfortable working in both front-end and back-end environments.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy secure web applications.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Develop responsive front-end interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js).
Build and maintain back-end systems, services, and APIs using C#/.NET.
Integrate front-end and back-end components for seamless user experiences.
Debug and optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
Manage and query SQL databases (SQL Server).
Follow Agile development practices and participate in code reviews.
Stay current with emerging technologies and development best practices.

Requirements

2–3 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, and the .NET Framework.
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as Vue.js, React, or Angular.
Experience working with RESTful APIs and SQL-based databases.
Understanding of back-end technologies such as Node.js or Python (Django/Flask) is a plus.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in teams.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
(Preferred): Appian Certified Developer.
(Preferred): Experience working in defense or government contracting environments.
