Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in The Colony, TX, for an Operations Analyst. The Operations Analyst will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as analyzing data, developing reports, tracking order status, reporting to customers, and supporting operations.
Qualifications
- Analytical skills, including experience with data analysis and report creation.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Extremely well organized with attention to detail.
- Strong Microsoft Excel Skills, PowerBi, and data mapping
- Some knowledge of manufacturing, shipping, and fulfillment processes
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems is a plus.
