Job Description
RENSON N.A. is looking for an IT Support Engineer serves as the initial point of contact for IT-related inquiries and provides support for the daily operational management of the IT infrastructure. This role is part of an international IT infrastructure team based at the headquarters in Waregem, Belgium, with daily collaboration with the Belgian IT support team. The primary work location for this position is Carrollton, Texas.
Responsibilities

Act as the primary contact for IT-related questions using the ticket management platform, providing necessary assistance.

Work with IT service engineers and service partners.

Manage incoming tickets at both first- and second-line levels, register local requests, analyze and prioritize them, and assist colleagues in resolving these requests within an ITIL-based framework.

Administer user accounts, profiles, mailboxes, user rights, and printers.

Install and support standard hardware such as PCs and smartphones through Microsoft Intune.

Complete administrative tasks, including the registration of hardware and software, and manage mobile voice and data subscriptions.

Report to the IT infrastructure department.
Your Profile

Solid understanding of IT systems with an interest in further development.

Experience in deploying, managing, and supporting endpoint hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, scanning devices).

Familiarity with O365 applications (MS Word, Excel, Teams, etc.).

Knowledge of MS (Azure) Active Directory.

Basic knowledge of server systems and virtualization (VMware, MS Windows).

Familiarity with storage systems concept (NAS, SAN, VSAN).

Familiarity with networks and network protocols (switches, WiFi, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP).

Eager to learn about monitoring, and reporting tools.

Effective communication skills and ability to work with various team members.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT.

Proficiency in English.
