All Capital Solutions is seeking Application Engineers to Designs software tools and subsystems to support software reuse and domain analyses and manages their implementation. Manages software development and support using formal specifications, data flow diagrams, other accepted design techniques and Computer-Aided Software Engineering (CASE) tools. Estimates software development costs and schedule. Reviews existing programs and assists in making refinements, reducing operating time and improving current techniques. Formulates and defines specifications for software applications or modifies and maintains existing applications using engineering releases and utilities from the manufacturer. Responsible for program design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation. Instructs, directs, and checks the work of other task personnel. Responsible for quality assurance review and the evaluation of existing and new software products.

**Clearance required to start: TS/SCI w/FS poly (with NSA)**

Required Qualifications:

Strong background in analytics development
Python
Experience and expertise with System Authorization
Risk Management Framework (RMF)
Vulnerability Management and/or Nessus Vulnerability Scanner

Preferred Qualifications:

Patch management and IAVA tracking
PIG
Pyspark
Scala
AWS Lambda functions
Experience working in Agile environment

Minimum Education and Experience:

- High School Diploma/GED + 12 years minimum experience OR
- Associates degree in a technical field + 10 years minimum experience OR
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field + 8 years minimum experience OR
- Master’s degree in a technical field + 6 years minimum experience OR
- Doctorate’s degree in a technical field + 4 years minimum experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $288,000.00 per year
