Position Summary: Analyzes workforce data and statistics to provide insights for the human resources function. Collects and analyzes employee data, such as attendance, turnover, compensation, benefits, and performance metrics to interpret and identify trends and patterns. Develops reports, dashboards, and other metric mechanisms to create the story of the employee experience.
Critical Tasks:
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and patterns related to employee performance, recruitment, compensation, benefits, retention, and engagement.
- Ability to manage, analyze, and assemble confidential data.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's goals and values.
- Leads internal and external audit functions for the department, including funding, regulatory, compliance, employee benefits, compensation, and performance management programs.
- Builds reports, dashboards, and presentations to tell a digital story related to the human resources functions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, databases, and reports, and use these to generate insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the HR team and other key stakeholders to ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations, and maintain a current understanding of changes and updates in the field.
- Utilize HR technology platforms to streamline processes, automate tasks, and enhance the overall employee experience.
- Collaborate with the HR team to solve complex problems, make decisions, and implement change initiatives that support the organization's strategic objectives.
- Collaborates with the Systems Administrator in planning, setting up, and maintaining computer networks, systems, and other related infrastructure for the department.
- In depth knowledge of the installation, configuration, utilization and customization of INFOR and other systems for the department.
- Continually develops and improves all data capture, retention and reporting methodologies while ensuring data accuracy and reporting speed.
- Trains system end-users on application functionality. Conducts in-depth tests and analysis of information and trends in data to increase a system’s performance and efficiency.
- Continuously exhibits behaviors in the best interests of department and organization needs.
- Performs all critical tasks noted above on a timely and increasingly efficient basis.
- Works cooperatively with all other employees with whom the position holder has contact.
- Completes all work responsibilities with very high accuracy and without constant supervision.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving sills
- 3 years of data analytics experience including building reports, dashboards, and story presentations required
- Intermediate level of Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage confidential data INFOR experience preferred
