SUMMARY
This role supports product commercialization and manufacturing by maintaining the accuracy and integrity of component, material, and cost data within designated systems. The position manages BOMs, performs cost analysis, supports supply chain optimization, and identifies process improvement opportunities through data automation. The analyst collaborates cross-functionally to resolve discrepancies, standardize data, and deliver insights via reports and visualizations using tools such as Power BI and Excel. The role also provides regular updates to the Commercialization Team to support timely and efficient product launches.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Data Collection & Management: Creates and maintains accurate records of all components, materials, and their specifications required for product production.

Cost Analysis: Generates cost estimates from ERP systems, analyzes cost variances, and supports product pricing by ensuring accurate cost data.

Supports Supply Chain Optimization (via MRP system): Identifies opportunities for cost savings, predicts material needs using data, and mitigates supply chain risks by analyzing component availability and potential obsolescence.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Works with internal departments to ensure BOMs are accurate and support product setup and manufacturing processes.

Process Improvement: Identifies and supports automation opportunities in costing and BOM management.

Discrepancy Resolution: Validates data from customer-supplied BOMs and collaborates with suppliers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.

Data Cleaning & Standardization: Performing tasks to make raw data usable, consistent, and ready for analysis.

Reporting & Visualization: Creating reports and visualizations using tools like Power BI and Excel to communicate findings to stakeholders.

Provides an update summary weekly as part of the Commercialization Team.
Food Safety

Certificates and Licenses:
PMP Certification or other project management certification preferred.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, with 1–3 years of experience in master data management, product commercialization, or manufacturing data analysis.
