Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain resilient, scalable data pipelines.
- Perform advanced analytics, including predictive modeling and feature engineering to identify key attributes in datasets.
- Deliver actionable insights to business leaders through self-service reporting and high-impact projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning into analytics initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role.
- Strong expertise in building data pipelines and working with large datasets.
- Proficiency in identifying predictive features and applying machine learning techniques.
- Experience with tools for data analysis, SQL, Python/R, and visualization (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is implied for analytics roles.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex data into business recommendations.
