Our client, a leading technology-driven organization, is seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join their dynamic innovation team. In this role, you will design, deploy, and optimize advanced AI and machine learning models that power intelligent business solutions across the enterprise. Working closely with data scientists, engineers, and technology leaders, you will play a pivotal role in bringing state-of-the-art ML applications from concept to production—ensuring performance, scalability, and compliance at every stage.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy machine learning models into production-ready environments.
- Optimize model training, inference, and deployment pipelines for maximum performance and scalability.
- Partner with data engineering teams to develop and maintain robust, efficient feature pipelines.
- Integrate AI models into enterprise systems using APIs and microservices architecture.
- Implement practices that ensure model transparency, reliability, and adherence to compliance standards.
- Leverage cloud-native ML platforms such as Azure ML, Kubernetes, and Docker for model deployment and orchestration.
- Research, evaluate, and implement cutting-edge machine learning methodologies to address evolving business needs.
- Utilize NVIDIA NIMs for optimization and scaling, and apply NeMo services for model development and fine-tuning.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in developing software or data-driven solutions.
- 5+ years as a Machine Learning Engineer or Software Engineer with a strong ML focus.
- Proficient in Python and experienced with leading ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Hands-on experience with GPU-based distributed training (CUDA, RAPIDS).
- Strong understanding of data pipelines and distributed systems (Spark, Databricks, Kafka).
- Practical experience with CI/CD workflows, containerization, and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Expertise in machine learning algorithms, data structures, and system design.
- Experience deploying ML workloads on Azure AI Services, and familiarity with NVIDIA NeMo and NIMs for generative AI and LLM development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
