Zoho CRM/Deluge Developer – Contract Position
Summary
CH360 is a mission‑driven housing finance platform. We have implemented a suite of custom modules (Financing Cases, Capital Sources, Geocode overlays and more) and configured workflows/blueprints. The final step is to deploy complex Deluge script code into our Zoho CRM environment and ensure all logic and validation rules function correctly. We are looking for a Zoho CRM/Deluge specialist who can quickly step in, troubleshoot syntax issues, and optimize rule/flow logic.
Responsibilities
- Review existing custom modules, workflows and blueprint configurations in Zoho CRM to understand the current setup.
 - Integrate provided Deluge scripts into the appropriate modules/functions without breaking existing logic.
 - Debug and resolve syntax errors or copy‑paste problems in the Deluge editor.
 - Fine‑tune workflow rules and blueprint validations to ensure they fire correctly (e.g., stage gates for financing cases, CRA/CDFI eligibility checks, automatic reserve draws).
 - Test end‑to‑end flows (from lead intake to capital stack creation and reporting) and document any issues or improvements.
 - Provide recommendations on best practices for maintaining and versioning Deluge scripts, and suggest improvements to error handling and logging.

Requirements
- Proven experience with Zoho CRM customization, including creating custom modules, layouts, workflows, and blueprints.
 - Advanced knowledge of Deluge scripting (Zoho’s server‑side scripting language) and its integration with CRM modules.
 - Ability to debug syntax errors and implement efficient functions for data manipulation, scoring, and scheduling.
 - Familiarity with complex workflow logic and validation rules in Zoho CRM.
 - Strong communication skills to coordinate with our team and document your changes.
 - Experience in financial services, housing finance or compliance‑oriented applications is a plus.
