The Role
We're seeking exceptional full-stack engineers to join a fast-paced, hands-on engineering team building cutting-edge AI-powered developer tools. This is an opportunity to work on highly technical problems at scale, shipping features that directly impact how top engineering teams work.
Experience Level: 2-8 years of full-time software engineering experience
Stack Focus: Full-stack with backend emphasis (50/50 or 80/20 backend/frontend split)
What We're Looking For
Professional Background:
- Experience building B2B products at high-growth, fast-paced startups or scale-ups
- Background at companies sized 100-1,000 employees, or exceptional seed-stage companies
- Proven ability to ship quality code in dynamic, high-velocity environments
- Former technical founders, quant experience, or graduate-level LLM research are strong signals
Technical Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript
- Full-stack engineering capabilities with comfort across the stack
- Passion for staying hands-on with code (not seeking management transition)
Education:
- Computer Science or Computer Engineering degree required
- Top-tier university background (Top 20 CS programs or equivalent)
