Join our dynamic team as a Software Engineer II, where you'll play a pivotal role in developing and managing innovative solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. This is a hybrid role allowing you to work close to any approved bank location.

Responsibilities

Administer and configure Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI environments to ensure optimal performance and security.
Collaborate with business units to design and implement Power Apps solutions tailored to their needs.
Create and manage automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes.
Develop and deploy insightful Power BI reports and dashboards for data-driven decision-making.
Integrate external systems using REST APIs and manage data flow efficiently using XML and JSON.
Provide technical support and training to users, enhancing their understanding and adoption of Power Platform solutions.
Maintain security policies and compliance standards to protect data integrity and privacy.
Continuously explore and implement process improvements and innovations using the Power Platform.

Skills

3-5 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dynamics 365.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on delivering effective solutions.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in REST APIs, XML, and JSON for system integrations and data handling.
Familiarity with Azure services and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

Preferred Skills

Experience with low-code/no-code development platforms.
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Background in business analysis or process improvement.
Experience with version control systems and Power Platform Pipelines.
