We’re looking for a Project Manager with an entrepreneurial mindset and unlimited proactivity to help us launch and grow our brand-new office in Austin, Texas.

Nalios is already among the Top 3 Odoo partners worldwide, and we’re just getting started. Our ambition? To become number one globally. Opening this new U.S. office is a strategic move to get there, and we’re looking for the right people to build a solid foundation for future offices across the country.

Your mission? To guide our clients through their digital transformation using Odoo, a powerful and flexible management software solution. You’ll lead implementations from A to Z: understanding business needs, designing tailored solutions, and delivering impactful results.

As the first Project Manager in the U.S., you’ll take on a high level of responsibility, shape the local team, and work closely with our experienced consultants in Europe.

In concrete terms, your mission will consist of:

Analyze your clients’ functional needs and translate them into smart, effective Odoo solutions.

Design and execute project plans that align with your analysis and your clients’ goals.

Collaborate with teammates to share project insights and identify best practices.

Build trust with clients by offering expert guidance, both on functional matters and business strategy.

Empower your clients to become fully autonomous with their new Odoo system.

Maintain long-term relationships with your client portfolio through proactive follow-up and support.

Here’s what we believe is essential for this role:

1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, specially in B2B services and/or SaaS/Softwares sales.

A University degree, or an unconventional path that proves you have exceptional skills and real-world experience.

A proven ability to build strong client relationships and translate business needs into high-impact solutions.

A proactive, hands-on attitude with a natural ability to take initiative and lead when needed.

A solution-driven mindset : you're focused on fixing things, not just pointing them out.

The ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
