Location: Texas, Minnesota or North Carolina
Position Summary:
Under limited supervision, this position is responsible for the data accuracy and integrity in multiple ERP systems. This position is required to manage item master data, cost changes, price changes, build and maintain BOMs, perform cost rolls and to partner with plant management as necessary to perform a variety of variance analysis requiring specialized knowledge of financial & P&L elements, accounting principles, cost analysis and other ad hoc analyses needed to ensure Carolina Beverage Group’s goals are met.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Responsible for the complete and accurate setup of all new items in SAP

Build and maintain all Bill of Materials for all customers

Monitor and update labor and overhead allocations in the BOMs
-
Variance and cost analysis in step with accounting to support the month end close

Implement CBG operational reporting and analysis; Weekly, PTD, & YTD cadence
-
Prepare & analyze KPI’s, Price/Volume/Mix, MO & expense variance analysis, etc.

Input information into ERP system to create & manage products, pricing, customers, etc.

Develop, Evaluate, & Track productivity projects

Support new product & business analysis

Monitor pricing & ensure contractual compliance is timely & executed

Analyze manufacturing costs comparing standard costs to actual production costs

Determine cost impact on changes in product design, raw materials, manufacturing methods, etc.

Responsible for tracking, analyzing and identifying risks and opportunities
-
Manage and prepare ad hoc analyses for special projects as assigned.

Provide strategic leadership for CBG vision & plan development
Position Requirements:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field with experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred

Detail oriented with excellent organizational and communication (written and oral) skills.

Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and work with minimal supervision.

Strong analytical skills and business acumen.

Proven track record of preparing accurate projections and solid financial recommendations.

Strong computer skills and proficiency with Excel and other software/applications.

Ability to use advanced financial reporting systems such as SAP to obtain data needed to perform complex analyses and make recommendations.

Maintenance of the confidentiality of any personal or company information encountered.

Ability to work occasionally after hours and on weekends
