Overview: This is an in person position. We are seeking a skilled Power Platform Analyst to design, implement, and support scalable business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint, and will play a key role in automating workflows, improving data accessibility, and enhancing operational efficiency across departments.

Key Responsibilities
Solution Design and Development

Build and maintain business applications using Power Apps (Canvas or Model-Driven), Power Automate flows, and Power BI dashboards.
Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Dataverse, and Microsoft Teams.
Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into practical, user-friendly Power Platform solutions.

Automation and Integration

Automate repetitive and manual business processes using Power Automate.
Connect applications and workflows to data sources such as SharePoint Lists, Excel, and SQL.
Implement and maintain approval workflows, email notifications, and process tracking systems.

Data Visualization and Reporting

Develop interactive Power BI reports and dashboards to support management and operational decision-making.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely refreshes across reporting environments.
Collaborate with teams to define KPIs and present actionable insights that drive business improvements.

Governance and Support

Maintain documentation, version control, and change logs for all Power Platform solutions.
Apply best practices for data governance, security, and environment management within Microsoft 365.
Provide training, guidance, and technical support to end users to promote adoption of Power Platform tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Strong understanding of SharePoint Online, Dataverse, and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
Experience with data modeling, Power Query (M), and DAX in Power BI.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
Familiarity with Azure services or Power Platform administration is a plus.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of Power Platform governance, solution management, and deployment best practices.
Experience supporting process automation, digital forms, and reporting in a business or public sector environment.
Ability to gather business requirements and document workflows for solution design.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
