What You’ll Do
- Partner with executive leaders, data scientists, and strategic partners to define and execute large-scale AI/ML initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Lead the full lifecycle of AI/ML solution development — from concept to production — ensuring performance, scalability, and automation.
- Collaborate with technology architects to design and deploy advanced AI systems that translate innovative models into real-world applications, products, and services.
- Promote best practices in model development, data governance, and regulatory compliance in collaboration with risk and compliance teams.
- Architect and oversee large, complex datasets that support analytics, ensuring they are well-documented, governed, and integrated from multiple data sources.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and modernize the model development process while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Evaluate and guide vendor solutions, offering technical expertise to inform technology acquisition decisions.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering technical excellence, innovation, and continuous learning across the AI/ML community.
- Effectively communicate technical concepts and analytical insights to both technical and non-technical audiences, enhancing organizational data literacy.
- Represent the organization in technical forums, research collaborations, and industry conferences to stay at the cutting edge of emerging AI trends.
- Ensure all AI/ML initiatives adhere to enterprise risk management and compliance frameworks.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in predictive analytics or data science, including 6+ years of hands-on model development and validation.
- Strong programming expertise in Python, R, or similar languages, with an emphasis on writing clean, transparent, and well-documented code.
- Deep knowledge of supervised and unsupervised learning techniques — including regression, decision trees, SVMs, ensemble methods, clustering algorithms, and more.
- Proven experience designing, deploying, and managing end-to-end AI/ML solutions that deliver measurable business value.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, mitigate risks, and deliver results on time.
- Experience mentoring technical teams and influencing business stakeholders across diverse functions.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to translate advanced analytics concepts into business strategies.
