Job Title : Data Scientist

This role focuses on applying Large Language Models (LLMs) and emerging Generative AI techniques to solve meaningful business challenges, enhance user experiences, and streamline internal operations. If you enjoy working with unstructured data, building practical AI solutions, and staying on the leading edge of NLP — this could be a strong fit.
What You’ll Work On
- Build and apply LLM-powered solutions for summarization, classification, information retrieval, and conversational use cases
- Prepare and process structured & unstructured data for modeling and evaluation
- Perform exploratory analysis and apply statistical techniques to improve model performance
- Collaborate with teams across engineering, data, and governance to ensure responsible AI usage
- Stay current with advancements in Generative AI and assess how they can be applied to real-world problems
- Document methods and results for both technical and non-technical audiences
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or analytics
- Proficiency in Python and experience working in notebook environments
- Hands-on experience with NLP tools (spaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face, etc.)
- Strong skills in working with unstructured text data
- Strong communication & collaboration skills
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with Generative AI / LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and model evaluation workflows
- Background working with model validation or compliance teams
- Experience building agent-based or orchestration workflows
Education:
Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
