Our Client is seeking a Senior Analyst – Institutional Defined Contribution to join their team. This role focuses on analyzing and interpreting complex retirement plan data to provide actionable insights, develop compelling case studies, and support strategic decision-making for client organizations.

What You’ll Do:

Analyze and provide insights from large and complex retirement plan datasets.
Develop detailed case studies combining qualitative narratives and quantitative data to showcase the impact of defined contribution solutions.
Ensure data accuracy through validation, cleaning, and application of appropriate methodologies.
Monitor industry benchmarks to position solutions competitively.
Manage projects from conception to deployment, identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing solutions.
Mentor, coach, and motivate team members while fostering collaboration.
Translate complex data into clear, persuasive narratives for stakeholders.

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills.
Ability to create innovative solutions and adapt in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Professional certifications such as Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) or Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) are a plus.
