We are seeking a skilled and driven Data Analyst to join our team, with a primary focus on supporting our operations. This role will play a critical part in transforming data into actionable insights that drive operational excellence, quality improvements, and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will also collaborate closely with the AHEAD data analytics group, ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide data initiatives and best practices. This is a high-impact role suited for a data professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about using data to solve complex business challenges.

Advanced Data Analysis: Perform in-depth analysis to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement across manufacturing, quality, and integration workflows.

Visualization & Reporting: Design and maintain dashboards and reports that clearly communicate KPIs, operational metrics, and strategic insights to stakeholders at all levels.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, quality, operations, and enterprise analytics teams to understand data needs and deliver impactful solutions.

Data Modeling & Forecasting: Build predictive models and statistical analyses to support proactive decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.

Data Quality & Governance: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with internal standards and external regulations.

Continuous Improvement: Stay current with emerging tools, technologies, and methodologies in data analytics and manufacturing intelligence.

Data Strategy & Integration: Partner with AHEAD analytics teams to align data initiatives, ensure consistency in metrics, and support enterprise data governance.

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

5+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in a manufacturing, quality, or technology environment.

Proficiency in SQL and data querying across relational databases.

Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Hands-on experience with Python, R, or similar for data manipulation and statistical modeling.

Familiarity with ETL processes, data warehousing, and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).

Understanding of statistical methods, forecasting, and predictive modeling.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.

Highly collaborative, with a proactive approach to cross-functional teamwork.

Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities.

Experience working with manufacturing or quality systems (e.g., MES, QMS).

Knowledge of data governance frameworks and enterprise data strategy.

The compensation range indicated in this posting reflects the On-Target Earnings (“OTE”) for this role, which includes a base salary and any applicable target bonus amount. This OTE range may vary based on the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
