What you will do at Sogeti:
- Guide clients on the implementation of Databricks on AWS or Azure.
- Design and engineer scalable, robust, and efficient data solutions using Databricks.
- Develop, implement, and maintain data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehousing solutions.
- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural best practices.
What you will bring:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Engineer or similar role, with a focus on Databricks.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing on AWS or Azure.
- Proficiency in Databricks, Spark, and related big data technologies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired ator near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is 100-145k.
This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
