Key Responsibilities
- Enhance and maintain RxCLAIM / Claim Adjudication systems.
- Design, code, test, and implement applications using Synon/COOL 2E and AS/400 (iSeries).
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing programs.
- Document business logic, technical specifications, and system workflows.
- Collaborate with other developers and analysts to deliver quality solutions on time.
- Participate in integration projects with other healthcare systems.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Synon/COOL 2E (CA 2E) development.
- Experience with RxCLAIM or Healthcare PBM applications.
- Strong knowledge of COBOL400, CL/400, CLLE, and DB2/400.
- Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in Healthcare or Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) domains.
- Familiarity with Claim Adjudication and pharmacy claims processing systems.

Pay: $117,948.37 - $130,045.34 per year
