Job summary:

Our client, a leading organization in the retirement and financial services space, is seeking an Institutional Defined Contribution Senior Analyst to join their onsite team. This role focuses on transforming complex retirement plan data into meaningful insights and high-impact narratives that support strategic decision-making.

What You’ll Do

Work with large and intricate datasets to uncover trends, performance indicators, and opportunities for improvement.
Oversee program elements to ensure all components align with business objectives and operate efficiently.
Lead end-to-end project efforts—from initial concept through implementation—while coordinating with cross-functional partners.
Identify gaps or inefficiencies in current processes and spearhead improvement initiatives.
Provide mentorship, coaching, and support to team members to strengthen overall performance.
Collaborate in an onsite, team-driven environment that values communication and shared problem-solving.
Conduct advanced quantitative analysis of defined contribution plan data to highlight product impact and produce compelling case studies backed by clear, data-supported storytelling.
Maintain strong data integrity through validation, cleaning, and consistent methodology.
Monitor industry benchmarks to position offerings competitively within the defined contribution marketplace.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to work confidently with large datasets.
Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to evaluate diverse scenarios.
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
A meticulous approach to accuracy and detail.
Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced atmosphere with changing priorities.
Strong time-management skills and the ability to balance multiple projects.
Proficiency across Microsoft Office tools.
Talent for converting complex data into clear and compelling insights.
Professional designations such as QKA or CEBS are a plus.
