JOB LOCATION – Durand, WI
STARTING DATE – Immediate
EMPLOYMENT TERM – Direct-Hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift, Monday–Friday
TRAVEL – Approximately 25%
SALARY RANGE – $90,000 to $110,000 per year, based on experience

REQUIRED EDUCATION – Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Prior experience working with business intelligence tools, data systems, and analytics in a professional setting
As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you’ll collect, organize, and interpret data to support business requirements, evaluate system capabilities, and improve operational performance. You’ll design and refine data systems, validate software functionality, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure information is accurate, accessible, and strategically useful.
Responsibilities

Collect, store, and manipulate data to evaluate business needs, system performance, and process requirements

Deliver timely and accurate business intelligence reporting to internal stakeholders

Analyze current systems to recommend hardware, software, and workflow improvements

Support the design, documentation, testing, and validation of new or enhanced technology solutions

Update or refine existing software and reporting tools to improve accuracy, performance, and compatibility

Partner with analysts, engineers, programmers, and end users to align system features with organizational goals

Build and enhance data models, predictive tools, and workflows using analytical and mathematical methods

Improve system interfaces, data pipelines, and reporting structures for greater efficiency and reliability

Maintain documentation for system changes, technical specifications, and testing procedures
Qualifications

Strong analytical ability with experience in data manipulation, reporting, and database systems

Proficiency with business intelligence platforms and data analysis methodologies

Understanding of software development processes, validation steps, and testing practices

Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams
