Who we are looking for:
The Sr Analyst, Business Intelligence plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and strategic decision-making across ACV. This role leads the development of robust reporting, analytics, and performance measurement frameworks, most notably supporting the deployment of an enterprise-wide OKR program and building a unified view of operational value-chain intelligence. The ideal candidate is a data-driven leader capable of extracting meaningful insights from complex datasets, building strong cross-functional partnerships, and delivering actionable intelligence to stakeholders at all levels.
What you will do:
- Play key role in supporting the deployment of a robust OKR program across ACV.
- Construct and maintain an evolving portfolio of reports, dashboards, and models across each operational department. Measuring execution performance, progress towards objectives, and first line awareness of potential operational risks.
- Establish portfolio performance and insights for risk management, including payment, arbitration, audits and other on us data to enhance oversight.
- Support reporting around financial metrics including pricing, terms and dealer behavior for unit and dealer level profitability.
- Work closely with Product and Technology team on roadmap and execution
- Build collaborative relationships with operations management to deeply understand how each team executes their day-to-day, measuring quality of output delivered and value to our customers.
- In pursuit of operational and service excellence, uncover insights into agent, workflow, and department performance providing regular readouts to leadership alongside recommended actions.
- Lead the analysis of large datasets to extract meaningful insights, trends, and patterns that inform strategic decisions.
- Build and maintain inventory key data elements, internal handoffs, and process milestones with a focus on unifying how we capture and interpret data across ACV’s various marketplaces.
- Perform scenario and sensitivity analysis to build a thoughtful and consistent rigor around how leadership makes decisions.
- Play a leading role supporting various areas of the business where deep intelligence and rapid transformation are needed.
- Work closely with internal clients to document key business issues, technical requirements, and tactical action plans.
- Partner with management and leadership to architect a blueprint for operational value-chain intelligence, striving to clearly define where we create, protect, and destroy value for our customer.
- Manage and coach direct report in support execution across the business intelligence portfolio.
- Manage the design and development of reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that provide key stakeholders with actionable insights.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
What you will need:
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
- Minimum of 5 years in Business Intelligence, Analytics and/or Statistics
- Experience working cross collaboratively wit teams and driving results through change management is preferred.
- Proven leadership, coaching, and team motivation abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all organizational levels.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Effective problem-solving with a collaborative and approachable style.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and proactive team player with a focus on operational excellence.
- Experience with data visualization / dashboarding tools like Tableau.
- Experience doing complex queries and transformations on large data sets.
- Familiar with business technology (Microsoft Office Suite), Salesforce a plus.
Compensation: $92,000.00 - $116,000.00 annually. Please note that final compensation will be determined based upon the applicant's relevant experience, skillset, location, business needs, market demands, and other factors as permitted by law.
