We are looking for a Data Analyst based out of Oklahoma City who will collect, clean, and validate data from internal and external sources, analyze datasets to uncover trends and opportunities, and deliver actionable insights through dashboards and reports. This role is critical in supporting business decisions and ongoing data initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data from internal and external sources.
- Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver insights.
- Assist in developing and maintaining data documentation and reporting standards.
- Support ad hoc analysis and contribute to ongoing data initiatives.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends and anomalies.
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
- Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
- Strong working knowledge of SQL for querying and data manipulation.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication skills to present findings clearly and effectively.
Preferred:
- Experience with Salesforce, Snowflake, and/or Python.
- Understanding of data modeling and ETL processes.
- Exposure to business intelligence or analytics projects.
Compensation
$60k-70k - Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
