At Airweave, you won't be tweaking dashboards or optimizing ad clicks. You'll be designing systems that sit at the intersection of AI and data—the plumbing that lets agents actually understand the world. It's technically demanding, architecturally interesting, and the kind of work where your decisions show up in production within days, not quarters.
What you'll do
- Build and extend our data sync engine—the core system that connects to dozens of sources and keeps information flowing reliably
- Design APIs that developers actually want to use
- Work across the stack: Python backend, TypeScript frontend, infrastructure that scales
- Ship fast, learn from what breaks, and make it better
- Collaborate directly with customers and partners (yes, including that AI lab) to understand what they actually need
What we're looking for
- You've built and shipped real software. Side projects count. Production systems count more.
- You're comfortable across the stack: backend, frontend, infra and you're not precious about what you work on
- You write code that other people can read, debug, and extend
- You have opinions about how systems should work, but you hold them loosely
- You move fast without making a mess
