Job Title: International Product Growth Analyst
Location: On-site (San Francisco, CA, Menlo Park, CA, New York, NY, Seattle, WA)
Duration: 6 Months
Our client seeking an International Product Growth Analyst to help define and execute strategies that make products feel local at a global scale. This role combines data analytics, product growth strategy, and international market insights to identify opportunities and solve challenges for users worldwide. You will work with large datasets, apply quantitative analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform product decisions and drive growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Proficiency:
- Strong experience with SQL (preferred), Python, or R for querying and manipulating large datasets.
- Ability to design, execute, and interpret analyses to inform product strategy.
- Experience with A/B testing and statistical analysis.
Product & Market Acumen:
- Understanding of product growth strategies, especially in international markets.
- Awareness of cultural nuances and market-specific challenges.
- Experience working on products/projects targeting international markets or personal experience living/studying abroad.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations for diverse stakeholders.
- Experience influencing and supporting growth strategies across multiple teams.
Responsibilities
- Identify and measure success of international product growth efforts through goal setting, forecasting, monitoring, and reporting of key metrics.
- Apply technical skills in data analysis, experimentation, and data mining to develop growth strategies.
- Work with large and complex datasets using analytical and statistical approaches to solve meaningful problems.
- Detect and evaluate high-impact local opportunities by translating international user needs into actionable product recommendations.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, data scientists, and researchers to inform and execute growth strategies.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
3+ years of experience in analytics or 2+ years with a Master’s degree.
Experience working across multiple time zones and with global teams.
Nice to Have
Background in product analytics or data science.
Familiarity with international product launches or growth initiatives.
