Support Center - Irving
The Reporting Analyst, Operations Strategy will own the design, development, and delivery of data reporting and performance dashboards that provide actionable insights into store operations, omni-channel performance, and customer experience. This role plays a critical part in enabling data-driven decision-making across Operations, ensuring leadership has clear visibility into KPIs, trends, and opportunities to drive growth and operational excellence.
A successful candidate will work closely with the Data Analyst to comfortably translate large amounts of raw data into digestible insights for operations leadership. Additionally, this individual will be able to anticipate the data needs of operations leadership in order to assist in successfully storytelling and/or control narratives.
Major Activities

Develop and maintain enterprise reporting and dashboards for store performance, labor productivity, omni-channel adoption (Buy Online Pick Up in Store, Curbside, Ship From Store), and strategic initiatives.

Build and automate reporting pipelines that integrate data from POS, ecommerce, supply chain, labor, and financial systems.

Partner with Data Analyst to embed predictive models and advanced analytics into reports for forward-looking insights.

Establish data governance standards, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and reliability across all Operations reporting.

Lead the weekly, monthly, and quarterly business performance reviews, prepare reporting packages for executive meetings.

Support competitive intelligence and market benchmarking through external reporting and trend analyses.

Translate complex datasets into executive-ready visualizations, presentations, and dashboards to inform decision-making at the highest levels.

Preferred Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, or related field.
Minimum Type of Experience Required
-
3–5+ years of experience in reporting, business intelligence, or analytics, preferably in retail or omni-channel operations.

Expert proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and strong command of SQL.

Advanced Excel skills; exposure to Python or R is a plus.

Demonstrated experience working with large, complex retail datasets (POS, ecommerce, fulfillment, financial).

Experience distilling data into executive-level strategic storytelling.
