Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Business, or a related field; Master's preferred.

• 5+ years of experience in Software Asset Management (SAM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), or Enterprise Technology Operations.

• Proficiency with asset and cost management platforms (e.g., Zylo, Snow, Flexera, OpenLM, ServiceNow SAM).

• Strong expertise in data modeling, system integration, and cross-platform reconciliation.

• Proven ability to design and manage structured reporting, dashboards, and data governance frameworks.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into business-relevant insights.

• 100% accuracy across software, financial, and ownership data attributes within 6 months.

• Complete contract metadata linkage for all high-impact software assets

• Real-time reporting enabled for license compliance, renewals, and spend management.

• Enterprise stakeholders use insights to drive budgeting, rationalization, and governance outcomes
