Job Summary:
The Data Analyst Mail Tracking Specialist is responsible for facilitating mailing data outputs from barcoding and pre-sort systems. The source of data requires emphasis on accuracy and timelines which will be consolidated into client reports from all PCI offices and major mailing accounts to be provided as presentations to the executive team and/or PCI business owner. This role is to be performed on-site at the facility where the associate will be charged with utilizing existing software and programs to complete daily tasks for both PCI and its clients. The primary systems that will be used entail BlueCrest Netsort software. The data analyst will also be responsible for understanding the client mail tracking SLAs and being able to facilitate system configuration. 

Duties / Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the company related to mail operations data integrity.
  • Serve as the technical and analytical lead for mail delivery and performance.
  • Ensure client SLAs are documented, monitored, and supported.
  • Review mailing trends and implement business intelligence tools.
  • Work with software vendors to facilitate issue resolution.
  • Create and distribute monthly and quarterly business review reports for mailing clients.
  • Monitoring and resolving undocumented mailing operations.
  • Participate and perform demos of tracking systems for mailing clients.
  • Provide mailing support for operations and clients.
  • Keeping Netsort software and mailing database up to date.
  • Be able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Competencies:

  • MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
Education and Experience:
  • An associate’s degree in business or information technology or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, client experience or technology analytics.
  • Strong technical expertise working with data in Windows applications.
Industry Experience (preferred):
  • Print & Mailing Industry
  • US Postal One
  • Move Comply Server (NCOA)
  • Mail Tracking Software (Track-N-Trace, Snail Works)
  • USPS Informed Visibility
