JMA Solutions has an opportunity available for a Senior Data Scientist/Analyst supporting the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) National Airspace System (NAS) NAS Defense Programs (NDP) Engineering Air Route Radar Systems, located ONSITE in Oklahoma City, OK. This position plays a critical role in supporting the operational health of industrial control systems and ensuring efficient, safe, and reliable system operations.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Develop, maintain, and enhance operational health metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for industrial control systems.
Analyze radar data, operational execution data, inventory data, and other datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for operational improvements.
Create predictive models, statistical analyses, and data visualizations to support decision-making and operational strategies.
Design real-time monitoring tools to track critical system metrics and proactively identify potential issues.
Collaborate with engineers, operations teams, and stakeholders to align data insights with business objectives.
Oversee data integration from multiple sources, ensuring quality, accuracy, and usability for analytics.
Continuously evaluate and refine analytics processes, adapting to evolving technology and business needs.
Prepare detailed reports and documentation of analytical findings and recommendations for leadership.

Education: Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, with 8+ years of relevant experience in data analytics and system optimization.
Security Clearance: Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance (U.S. citizenship required).
