Senior FP&A Analyst – Corporate FP&A

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop, support, and maintain key revenue models driving financial impacts to Choice
  • Drive financial excellence for your areas by overseeing planning, performance, headcount, and key business metrics
  • Support the FP&A team with monthly and ad hoc analysis of trends and variances of financial results and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Model and analyze performance scenarios to proactively identify risks and opportunities
  • Partner with other FP&A members in the LRP Process to provide an operational view of the business as an input to the Long-Range Planning process
  • Own to creation and distribution of key performance reporting to be shared with the broader organization to help drive action

Your Experience, Skills & Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent experience in a related role
  • 3+ years’ experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or consulting with progressive responsibility and ability to drive performance
  • Hospitality experience or understanding of the Franchising business model is a plus
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel with ability to build and maintain complex models
  • Experience with the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP system and/or Oracle Smart View is a plus
  • Experience with financial modeling and/or data-driven decision-making
  • Experience communicating with leadership and working cross-functionally
  • Able to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Deals well with ambiguity
  • Results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership
  • Experience project managing across various stakeholders

Your Team

This is an individual contributor role that will report to the Senior Manager, FP&A. You will have 2 peer teammates and collaborate with your peers within FP&A and cross functional departments on a regular basis.

Your Work Location

As our FP&A Sr. Analyst, you will be based in our beautiful, state-of-the-art worldwide corporate headquarters in North Bethesda, MD. Less than 15 miles from Washington, DC, we’re located one block away from the North Bethesda Metro station, with service on the Red Line and the MARC Brunswick line, easy access to I-270, and plenty of free parking provided by Choice Hotels.

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is $85,000 to $100,000 annually.

The pay range listed is for this position and is what Choice Hotels reasonably expects to pay. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the pay range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.
