Role and Responsibilities: The HRIS Data Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the Human Resources Division through data management, system optimization, and actionable workforce analytics. This position is responsible for maintaining the integrity of HR data across systems, developing reports and dashboards, and partnering with internal stakeholders to drive data-informed decisions. The analyst will ensure HRIS solutions are effectively aligned with business and compliance needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

Maintain and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity in the HRIS and other HR-related systems (e.g., payroll, benefits, talent management).
Serve as a subject matter expert for the HRIS systems; provide troubleshooting, issue resolution, and functional support to HR team members and users.
Design, produce, and analyze HR data from multiple systems via dashboards and reporting for HR stakeholders, providing visibility into key workforce metrics and trends (i.e. recruiting, performance management, learning and development, survey tools).
Collaborate with IT and HR Division teams to support system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new modules or integrations.
Collaborates with all HR Division areas to deliver integrated services.
Lead and identify process improvements and automation opportunities in data entry, reporting, and workflow.
Assist in preparing materials and reports for board presentations, executive updates, and senior leadership discussions.
Ensure HR data governance, security, and confidentiality in line with company policies and data protection regulations.
Provide training and documentation for HR system users to enhance system adoption and data accuracy.
Support internal audits, compliance reporting (e.g., EEOC, ACA), and data requests from finance, legal, and regulatory teams.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in HRIS, HR analytics, or a related technology role.
Strong proficiency in IS systems and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, etc.).
Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Cognos).
Knowledge of data practices, including compliance and reporting standards.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
