Software Business Analyst

Located in Montebello, NY

Salary: $100K - $150K; based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

CRM Process Design: Analyze and design CRM workflows that enhance efficiency, visibility, and customer experience across departments.
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to define business needs and translate them into functional specifications for technical teams.
Systems & Process Evaluation: Map current workflows and recommend technology-driven improvements to eliminate manual tasks and increase productivity.
Solution Design: Partner with clients to design optimal software solutions that align with operational goals, technical constraints, and user needs.
Documentation: Create detailed business requirements, process flows, and user stories to guide development and testing efforts.
Testing & Validation: Conduct software testing to ensure solutions meet functional requirements and business expectations.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between non-technical stakeholders and software teams, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Innovation & Best Practices: Stay current with CRM trends, enterprise software platforms, and automation strategies to bring proactive solutions to client needs.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a business analyst or process design role
Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar)
Ability to translate business processes into system requirements and process improvements
Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in client-facing environments
Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement
