As an AI Implementation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting our Data Science team in the rollout of a new AI tool. This tool aims to optimize cross-departmental processes through advanced analytics techniques. You will leverage your analytical, statistical, and programming skills to support the integration, deployment, and fine-tuning of AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the implementation and customization of the new AI tool.
Clean, aggregate, and analyze large data sets to ensure successful integration.
Utilize statistical modeling and machine learning algorithms to refine AI processes and improve outcomes.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and provide analytical support.
Present findings and insights to stakeholders, adapting communication to diverse audiences with varying levels of technical expertise.
Foster an environment of collaboration, working both in-person and digitally to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications:

Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI tool implementation.
Ability to handle large data sets and extract actionable insights.
Strong command of statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms.
Excellent communication skills for presenting complex ideas clearly to stakeholders.
Ability to work a hybrid work schedule, with four days on-site and one day remote in a typical office environment

Education/Skills:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics or operations research, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Highly proficient in SQL.
Experience with analytical and statistical software such as SAS or Alteryx.
History of using a data science toolkit, such as Python or R.
