Job Title: Marketing Data Analyst

Position Summary:
Marshall Health Network is seeking a Marketing Data Analyst to support the System Marketing Department and Administrative Team. This role is responsible for overseeing office functions to ensure that budgets, projects, and deadlines are met while services are delivered effectively and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, marketing strategy, and reporting.

This position involves developing and managing annual marketing budgets and plans, analyzing financial and statistical data, managing media schedules, and supporting community giving programs across all Marshall Health Network entities.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements for Strategic Marketing and Planning
Develop detailed reports, strategic updates, and executive-level presentations
Track return on investment (ROI) independently and report on a quarterly basis or as needed
Manage and analyze data from the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform
Support service line development and planning initiatives through research and data analysis
Collaborate with external vendors, consultants, and marketing firms to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategy and organizational goals

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's Degree required in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field
Master's Degree preferred

Experience:

3–5 years of relevant experience in data analysis, marketing operations, or strategic planning

Skills and Competencies:

Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Proficient in data management tools and CRM platforms
Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
Strong communication and presentation skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

The position requires the ability to:

Perform tasks involving fine motor skills such as writing and typing
Operate computers and related office equipment
Move about within the office setting
Hear and see clearly, even with background noise
Handle moderately complex manipulative tasks
