Job Title:
Retail Team Lead / Software Engineer

Position Overview:
A versatile professional with experience in retail leadership, software engineering, and community
engagement. Skilled in driving customer satisfaction, optimizing operations, and developing technical
solutions. This will be a 6months contract position.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead retail operations, including inventory management, product launches, and sales growth.
Provide tailored product recommendations to enhance customer experience.
Design, develop, and maintain software applications, including machine learning solutions and

user interfaces.

Implement security solutions such as intrusion detection systems.
Manage websites, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and user engagement.
Coordinate project milestones, file organization, and cross-functional collaboration.
Support community initiatives through event logistics, distribution programs, and process

optimization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
Experience in both retail operations and software development.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.

Technical Skills:

Programming: Python, C, Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Matlab
Tools: PyCharm, Eclipse, IntelliJ, CodeBlocks, Microsoft Office Suite
