Job Title: Entry-Level Business Analyst

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry-Level Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will support business operations by gathering requirements, analyzing data, and helping translate business needs into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Assist in analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing insights to support decision-making.
Support the creation of reports, process maps, and documentation.
Work with cross-functional teams (IT, operations, finance, etc.) to understand project needs.
Participate in meetings, prepare meeting notes, and track action items.
Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure requirements are met.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting improvements.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint (analytical and reporting skills preferred).
Ability to learn and understand business processes quickly.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
