About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support our 401k audit project on a part-time basis. You will work closely with our HR consultant to perform data reconciliation and validation on payroll data in preparation for audits conducted by a 3rd party Auditor. This is a contract role with immediate impact and critical deadlines.

What You’ll Work On

Review and analyze subsets of payroll data (primarily from ADP).
Identify and resolve discrepancies, including duplicate records.
Perform data reconciliation to ensure accuracy of information submitted for external audit.
Validate data against requirements provided by the internal consultant.
Ensure accurate and timely delivery of audit-ready data for the 2023 and 2024 401k audits.

What You Bring

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, error checking, and reconciliation techniques).
Experience handling and validating payroll, financial, or HR data sets.
Detail orientation with strong problem-solving and data accuracy skills.
Ability to work independently while following direction from a consultant.
Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration.

Contract Details

Duration: 2–4 months (project-based).
Location: 100% Remote.
Part-Time: 20 hours / week
