Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate current time collection processes to identify manual tasks and implement automation solutions that improve efficiency and accuracy.
Lead and facilitate labor reviews with operations teams, providing insights and recommendations to optimize scheduling and labor utilization.
Perform labor analytics to identify trends, cost drivers, and root causes of budget variances.
Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards to track labor performance and provide actionable insights to operations and finance leadership.
Partner with payroll, HR, and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely submission of payroll data; serve as a backup for payroll processing.
Support compliance with CBAs, company policies, and timekeeping standards.
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the overall effectiveness of workforce management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
Proficiency with Excel and data visualization/reporting tools
Experience with workforce management or payroll systems (e.g., Kronos, ADP, Workday, UKG, etc.) a plus.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and process improvement.
