Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical AI & Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team. This role combines cutting-edge artificial intelligence technologies with business intelligence solutions to drive data-driven decision making and process automation across the organization. The ideal candidate will be a technical problem solver who can bridge the gap between complex technology and business needs.

Location Eligibility:

This is a remote position; however we are only hiring candidates who currently reside in the following U.S. states:

California, New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Florida, Texas, North Carolina, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, and Pennsylvania.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement AI-powered business intelligence solutions using modern technologies
Design and maintain business automation workflows to streamline organizational processes
Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to support executive decision-making
Work with JavaScript and JSON to build custom integrations and data processing solutions
Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and efficiency improvements
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in existing systems and workflows
Stay current with emerging AI and business intelligence technologies and best practices

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills

Business Automation Workflow experience (required)
Proficiency in JavaScript and JSON data manipulation
Advanced knowledge of Power BI including DAX, data modeling, and visualization
Strong background in Artificial Intelligence technologies and applications
Experience with Business Intelligence platforms and methodologies
Understanding of data integration, ETL processes, and database management

Professional Experience

Background in business operations or enterprise-level organizations
Demonstrated experience working in corporate/enterprise environments
Track record of implementing technical solutions that drive business value

Core Competencies

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
Quick learner with ability to rapidly master new applications and technologies
Strong technical thinking and solution architecture skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple complex projects
Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud)
Knowledge of additional programming languages (Python, SQL, MySQL, etc.)
Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and data science tools
Previous experience in process improvement or business transformation initiatives
Project management experience or relevant certification

Salary is determined based on internal equity; internal salary ranges; market data/ranges; applicant's skills; prior relevant experience; certain degrees or certifications, etc. The salary for this position ranges from $80k to $100k.
