Requirements

As a Data Analyst - US Market reporting to the Head of Data in our Global Data & Analytics team, your purpose will be to help drive the success of our most important market—Booksy US—through data-driven decision-making. You'll act as a strategic partner to the US Country Manager, translating complex datasets into compelling, actionable insights using our modern data stack (GCP and Looker). This is a hands-on, front-line role where you'll shape business strategy, forecast growth, and empower local teams with trusted data.

Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role you're going to need...

Expertise in business intelligence tools (ideally Looker), with a deep understanding of semantic layers and dashboard storytelling
Strong proficiency in SQL and experience querying large datasets from cloud data warehouses (GCP preferred)
Experience in commercial or financial analytics, ideally within high-growth or tech-driven environments
Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to convey insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders

It will also help you to have...

Experience supporting commercial teams or senior leadership with data-driven insights
Knowledge of forecasting, financial modelling, and scenario planning
A strong sense of commercial curiosity and the ability to link data to business outcomes
